What I do is to build a Network of Lead Generation Domains for a company that already has an existing name brand. This network consists of a Core Domain (your site), an Entrance Domain, and an unlimited group of Lead Generation Domains.

 

The Core Domain is your site that you would like the traffic I generate to be sent to. By maintaining control over your site this allows you to make any changes to your site without consulting me, don’t worry if your site is currently not generating traffic on it’s own, any changes you make will not effect the traffic I am sending. (If you would like me to build this Core Domain it may be included with an extra fee.)

 

The Entrance Domain is the site that sits between the Core Domain and the Lead Generation Domains. The Entrance Domain would consist of a static HTML website that will capture the name and email address of each person that is passing through to your Core Domain from the Lead Generation Domains. The purpose of this is for your company to develop a mailing list for future products and services.

 

Each Lead Generation Domain consists of a Blog on the home page, with an about us page, and a privacy page. Behind the scenes is where the magic happens, each domain will have substantial amounts of folders that also have auto-generated blogs and ghost pages each pointing to the Entrance Domain.

 

My auto-generated blogs are dynamically driven sites created with the leading content management system designed for the WordPress blog platform. To populate your blog I will use a combination of articles, RSS feeds, and current daily news feeds all related to the topic of the master blog it is pointing to.

 

A ghost page is a page that is cloaked (invisible) from public viewing, but is visible to the desired search engines. The technique we employ consists of feeding the search engine spider a different “ghost” page from the one the public user gets to see. As these do not have to be human-readable, I can optimize them to comply with search engines requirements. Please note that this is no simple redirection trick (which would be penalized by many major search engines) the program I use will actually present the ghost page and feed it to the search engine spider without redirection. It is only the human visitor’s browser that gets redirected. Hence, the SE spider will never know the difference. My program will identify spiders from their unique IP which cannot be forged (or, at least, not that easily — IP spoofing requires a lot of tech expertise and is actually illegal in many jurisdictions now). For this to work, I have the most comprehensive search engine spider database possible updated every 4 hours!!!

 

 

The method I use to acquire the name and address is an autoresponder capture form. Once the visitor enters their information from the Entrance Domain they will be forwarded to your Core Domain. Immediately they will be sent a “thank you for visiting” notice and you could provide the visitor with some helpful information to navigate your Core Domains website.

 

A very effective way to build a large list quickly is to offer something of value for free. An e-Book related to your service is often an item that is given to the visitor. Another is a newsletter full of tips and breaking news articles relating to your services. Combining both techniques is highly recommended. This list of visitors is very profitable to you for backend marketing, any time you have a new service you may post a note to the autoresponder list. Once the visitor makes a purchase at your site, in your case it would be a two step process of filling out the lead form and then being closed by an analyst. You may move them to a preferred list that you can give an advanced notice of other services or discounts of future projects (such as a credit repair program). The autoresponder is included with the monthly maintenance. If you do not have the time to develop a mailing list I can eliminate this step.

 

I create most blogs with the Semiologic Pro CMS theme for WordPress. It is pre loaded with many anti-spam plugins and is optimized for greater search engine optimization. Each blog will be auto posted twice a day indefinitely with original content articles, RSS feeds, and current daily news feeds specific for your industry with links to your ghost pages as noted above. Once again every page is fully optimized to achieve our long range goal to be ranked high in the search engine results for the specific keywords per domain. An added benefit of a blog is that it will also generate traffic from many of the new blog specific search engines. These blog specific search engines are growing larger everyday! Plus I also will submit original content articles to many of the new Web 2.0 social networks such as Digg and Myspace which will themselves create lots of quality traffic.

 

I will add adsense (or alternative monetization method) to your Lead Generation Domain blogs. In the beginning the Blogs will not generate large amounts of traffic; the earnings will not be a large source of income. Over time as the Blogs grow in size so will the adsense income. This is optional; if you choose this option we will credit your account 50% of the revenue towards your monthly maintenance fee. The goal of this process for your company is to zero out the monthly maintenance fees and receive a monthly check! So in the long run your Blog Network could pay for itself and be an additional source of revenue! Once again, this is an optional item that can be eliminated if you do not wish for extra bonus revenue.

 

I offer a 10 domain Network of Lead Generation Domains which will require a setup fee of $15,000.00 with a monthly maintenance fee of $4,000.00 per month. This will consist of all of the above features and benefits built around a 10 domain network. This package requires six months to complete. I am also not limited to only 10 domains; this network may grow as large as necessary to keep its growth rate. The 10 domains are just a minimum number that I will create in the six month time frame. As long as we are happy working together we may keep building domains at a fixed rate.
