Now is the time to do any type of renewable energy upgrade. Solar, geothermal, wind, whatever. Before the Obama stimulus bill it was a 30% kick back up to $2000, now there is no cap!

Ok, Here it is the batmobile is speeding down the road but low on fuel when out pop the bank of mini fans on the car. The new burst of electricity created drives the electro turbinated jett to come alive. Hold on Robin!

Booooooring!
Let's come back to your original idea as we all know - sex sells! The only problem seems to be that it may miss your target audience. So the question is how to make it appealing to the older more professional investment crowd. Personally I don't see any problem here. Just take your original idea a bit further and add some elements of BDSM. No, not hardcore, no way as we need it to pass daytime TV restrictions. Some soft vanilla fetishism will do. Use your fantasy, already. I am sure it will strike a chord with those middle aged investment managers you are aiming at. Common, don't be shy, just do it! :)

I lived in Minnesota and North Dakota when I was younger. We always had at least one fireplace. Each year we would fill a room about 5 meters by 5 meters just to heat the house. That does not include the wood for the barn.

After cutting wood for a week each year, if had I known about wind or solar power I would have definitely chosen them over the wood.

We did have a form of geothermal energy as the ground was always very cool. One thing nice about having the basement was it was always very cool in the summer. I spent more time down there that any other place in the house.

Now if we could have basements in Florida...

Well here in Poland I would have to pay additional tax to use the geothermal energy in abundance right underneath my home.

The same would be true for wind powered generators to the point that it wouldn't be cost effective, without even thinking about maintenance costs.

In the end our primary source of heating (in Poland you really need it) will be wood pellets. Wood is extensively farmed as a renewable form of energy here in Poland so at least it can be looked on as carbon neutral.

Something that I would like to see is a way to place small wind generators on farms. Another alternative energy that I really do not see used as often is water turbines. Grain mills always were along rivers and used the current to move the mill stones. Why don't we use more of these options.

Well there are 2 kinds of "wind", and both could be harnessed as a form of alternative energy.

Your client's version might be a little more practical.

Harnessing the other form of wind energy may or may not be an eco neutral solution, but could result in "fresher air". There might however be a difference in carbon balance.

Now I imagine you could have quite a funny video demonstrating "wind collectors" or people criticising others for wasting renewable energy in a public place.

Just a few thoughts to muddle your brain
